The perfect gift for any chocolate lover on your list.
You can make Mexican chocolate in a blender but using a traditional molinillo makes the hot chocolate frothy and it's much more fun. Just add some chocolate, hot milk and gently rub the wooden molinillo between your palms for a perfect beverage.
In the beautiful state of Guerrero in Mexico, a cooperative of women grow and harvest their own cacao, toast it on clay comales (pans) and then stone grind it with piloncillo (an unrefined sugar) and canela, the famous soft cinnamon preferred in Mexico.
Gift box includes:
Wooden molinillo, handmade in Mexico
Rancho Gordo
Recipe cards for Mexican Hot Chocolate and Canela Tea
